Jeff Mitchell CEO & Founder
Jeff got his start in the industry more than 30 years ago, as a captive agent who could only offer his clients the products the insurance company provided — instead of what they really needed to help them reach their financial goals.
Jeff started Monolith Financial Group to offer clients a wide variety of products without the limitations of any one company. His philosophy is to assume less risk, focus on wealth preservation and help generate sustainable retirement income so his clients can retire with confidence.
Jeff has been an Investment Adviser Representative for over 10 years, after passing the Series 65 securities exam. He also has held his insurance license (#0777322) for over 30 years.
Jeff has been married to Rachelle for over 30 years. He and his family love visiting their family cabin in Donner Lake and traveling the world together.
Camille Butterfield, NSSA® Financial Advisor, National Social Security Advisor Certificate Holder
Camille is a financial advisor of Monolith Financial Group. Camille has worked alongside Jeff Mitchell for several years. She has the sole daily focus of helping enrich people's lives. She enjoys working alongside her clients to help build their retirement dream through the retirement income plan portion.
Camille wants to help her client's achieve their retirement goals and make sure they can stay in retirement - enjoying the fruits of years of hard work to get to this point. She believes that planning for retirement is more than making sure you have enough money, but helping to make sure it is a joyous and fulfilled time in her client's lives.
Camille is the proud daughter of Jeff and Rachelle. She enjoys traveling and helping out in the community however she can.
Camille became an Investment Adviser Representative in 2020, after passing the Series 65 securities exam. She has also held her life insurance license (#0I69814) since 2014.
National Social Security Advisor Certificate Program (NSSA) is a certification created by the National Social Security Association, a for-profit entity. The NSSA Certificate Program grants a Certificate to those who complete the one-day course and pass the proctored assessment. NSSA is independently accredited by The Institute in Credentialing Excellence (ICE). NSSA is not affiliated with, nor endorsed by, the Social Security Administration or any governmental agency.
